A prescription counter
Hand in, mark ready — the patient gets a message by WhatsApp (Synex WhatsApp business messaging) or SMS — and fill at the till. Doctors, patient profiles with allergies and history, and dispensing labels are all there.
Expiry and controlled drugs
Expiry-first selling, an expiry dashboard and one-click write-off or return to supplier, posted to the books. A controlled drugs register alerts you to any mismatch, and prescription-only medicines can never be bought online.
A faster till
